ionic not working right after 2 months

After 2 months of having my Ionic watch it just stopped working.  The heart rate just flashes with no numbers, the steps aren't counting..  nothing works but my clock.   I tried to reboot the Ionic and start over but it didn't change a thing.  Please help.
