I have been using my Fitbit Ionic for a few months with a Motorola phone without a problem. I just got a new Samsung phone and I cannot get the watch to pair. The phone finds the watch but will not pair. Do I have to remove the app from my old Motorola phone. Is the watch always in pairing mode?

Hi @urkson - Yes, it would be a good idea to remove the Fitbit app from your old phone. Also, forget the Fitbit device in the old phone’s Bluetooth settings. Once this is done, remove the Fitbit app from your new phone ... then reinstall it and log in. If this still does not resolve the problem, please check to make sure your new phone is on the list of Supported Devices. Let us know how it goes.
