my one year old ionic did not sync. I tried sync solutions offered by the community but won't sync. I opted for a factory reset. hold the three buttons at once for 10-12 sec and release the bottom. after a strong vibration release the rest. don't this 20 times but watch will only give me flashing Fitbit logo and nothing more. won't switch of but flashes. I have charged it the entire night but the lights on the backside where you charge are not even on on.
I am looking for customer service but there is no number the only option is via mail or twitter.
any ideas are very much appreciated as my Fitbit is an important part of my life towards my healthy living.

I have the exact same problem. Couldn't get mine to sync, tried all of the recommended steps including re-pairing it with the phone, reinstalling the app etc with no success. After the factory reset mine got halfway through a software update and died. Now it won't even turn on. Any help would be welcome

@Yertle and @AlbyRuiter on the top right of this page, the is a slide out menu with a link to contact Fitbit.
Twitter, email, ans when a tech is available there will also be online real time support ad well as a phone number based on the location of your account. In general I find Twitter the fastest in getting the case started.
