ionic wont turn on

On thursday I took Ionic Fitbit off charger to put on for the day and it wouldn't turn on. have tried the restart on watch, and taking it off the account and reconnecting but it can't be found. any other ideas? any advice with customer service? the watch is 1 year old as of christmas.
