is my ionic dead?

I bought a Fitbit Ionic last June and have loved it ever since. Last Thursday it started to behave erratically so I did a reset. I pressed all 3 buttons at the same time and followed the instructions on the forum. Tried 2 different chargers and tried connecting it to my computer. It still shows no sign of life.

Is there anything I can do

Thanks, I contacted customer support and I am getting a replacement under warranty
