I lost 16 active minutes this morning - I saw them recorded on my fitbit and an hour later, it read 0 min although the 16 min walk (to work) is accurately recorded in my activities.... I have also spent the last half hour trying to get a live chat but I can't seem to access it - there's no option where there was before.

Could the active minutes have been from the previous day you app just hadn't refreshed from the sync when you looked?

Nope - I was curious how long it took to walk to work. Beginning of walk read 0 min active, after the walk it read 16 min active. An hour later it went back to 0 min. My fitbit ionic has also begun to randomly shut down and restart at least once a day. The worst part it is, this is a replacement for my fitbit ionic I got as a Christmas gift that had multiple problems the first month I had it.
