Before last update, my font color was green on the Fitbit pay pin login. 

But now the color is Blue. 

 

Is it possible to set/control font colors for OS?

No, there isn't currently any way to change/customise the system fonts or colours.

 

You could always make a feature suggestion on the feature suggestions board.
