mp3 files error showing unsupported

 Hi, just tried to transfer music form my laptop to my Ionic but when I drag and drop mp3 files it comes up with unsupported file. how can this be?

the files play on my MP3 player, my phone and my laptop

Hi @kiwijeff,

 

 

I've seen that error reported before when the file size or bit rate is too high for the app to handle. Unfortunately, the exact sepcs haven't been published yet.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

I was thinking the same thing about the bitrate, another possibility could be that the MP3 has been coded in mono
