my Ionic won't connect with any wifi system

Although my Wifi network band is 2.4 ghz, and my security type is wpa2 personal, I can't get any wifi connection when trying to transfer songs. I just get the message we are unable to find or connect to your ionic. Has anyone else had this problem? I always have my Bluetooth enabled

Mine did for 10 days and now it cannot see the wifi and does not sync. Very sad
