my ionic dosent work

My ionic is not working. it started about 2 weeks ago it would not sync. i tried restarting the app, on off With Bluetooth,and also restart the watch.. Nothing helps. So i tried to unpair the watch and now i cant get it to pair again,, 

Ive tried to do factorysetting but its still wont work.. tried to Connect to a computer does not help either..

the Bluetooth is working on the watch because it finds other Bluetooth Devices in my house,

But cant Connect to the app. the watch is also 5 min late. But now after the facorty setting it only says og to fitbit com for setup. But nothing Works... what to do???

i really hope that such an expencive watch lasts longer than 2 years?? Bought it in late dec 17
