Starting this morning, Sun 8/25/2019, my Ionic started vibrating a notification and showing the "Screen Wake Auto / Notifications On" message. This happens every few seconds at time. It can be when I am moving or at rest. Even when off my arm. I took the cover I use off of it and it still happens. Vibrate, show the screen, goes dark, push left button, see the screen again, push left button, see the clock, it vibrates again.
I can change the options Auto/Manual and On/Off by touching the screen but the behavior still happens.
I tried an Ionic power off. No change.
I tried unpairing and forgetting the Ionic from my phone (the Screen Wake Screen is associated with the Connect Phone screen) and it caused no change.
My Ionic is now useless. Any ideas?

My iconic started doing the same thing. It just keeps toggling between “Up to date no new messages and the Go for a Run” screen. I have tried multiple resets and no change.

Thanks, @RicardoFitbit for your kind words and great instructions on how to add photos.
Today, the issue seems to have stopped.
Clearly, this issue was caused by something pushing the left button and having it get stuck. I still could get the left button to function but it would quickly settle back into the repeated showing the messages I posted.
If it shows up again in the next few days I will update you all. If not repeated by the weekend I will mark this solved. I figure Murphy got involved somewhere in this.
Thanks!

Well, this seems fixed by time, nothing I did had an effect. I hope it never happens again.
Thanks!
