Trying to access the apps via my device but the screen says "Unlock With Your Phone". I have gone through the app via my phone and cannot find where to unlock my device. I have also tried via my desktop and still not able to find where I need to go.

Thanks Steve. This was very helpful right up to the part where the message now says my device is permanently locked and that I need to contact support for assistance. LOLOL!!!

Just finished with support and all is working again.
Had to remove the device from my phone (Bluetooth settings) and setup again as a new device. Once this was done the screen froze so we did a reset and all is good.
