"Update tracker software" notification.

I keep getting "update tracker software" on a continuous basis for my Ionic. 

After updating, it says "Done" and "your tracker is up to date" but again the "update tracker software" notification popup on my mobile. I keep updating the tracker many times in a day.

 

What is this issue with Ionic?

I have two more trackers, but they do not have this issue.

Try restarting the tracker and also logging out and back in to your account in the app. If that doesn't work, I would uninstall the app, reboot the phone and reinstall the app. You can try clearing the app's cache before you do that.
