replacement ionic not synching with Strava

Since I have had a replacement ionic, I can't get it to show  my runs on my Strava account. Any Ideas?  I can accept runs on Strava that friends send me but nothing from my Fitbit.

Did you record the run with GPS enabled? 

BTW no Fitbit tracker will sync to Strava. 

Only GPS recorded activity will be sent from the Fitbit account to the Strava account.

Hi - yes.  I have an iconic which has built in GPS and historically it has updated everything very well

I’ve never been able to get my GPS runs to link up to Strava. I’ll follow this thread to see if you get suggestions
