Desperate. I reset ionic and now all I get is go to www.fitbit.com/setup. I can not turn ionic on. please any one...help

You will need to go to the fitbit app on your phone and remove the Ionic from your account. Also go into the Bluetooth settings on your phone and unpair the Ionic. Once you've done this, go back into the fitbit app and tap set up a device. Your phone should now detect the Ionic and take you through the setup process.
