Is it possible to send my dead ionic in for a new battery if so who do i call and how much does it cost

Hi @cffhello  Fitbit doesn't offer repairs on these devices. If you feel it needs a battery, do a search and see who is selling the battery and if they also offer to install it. As for price, it depends on where you get it done and how involved the process.
