What a joke!

 

Spend lots of money on a fitbit only not to be able to setup because the website setup page does not exist. 

 

If this is the start of my customer journey imagine what its like in the future.

 

Thinking of sending back and going with a competitor.

Here is the link, @liveship . https://www.fitbit.com/setup  Which device/OS (phone, laptop, etc.) are you trying to set up on?  The more info you can provide, the better we can help.

The website setup page only directs you to the Fitbit app in the play store. 

 

Since the web browser is unable to connect to a Bluetooth connected device, it is impossible for Fitbit to use the web to setup a tracker.
