tennis app from fitbit labs

my ionic updated today and the tennis app from fitbit labs if gone. I cant get it to reinstall. I keep getting a message that says tennis wants to connect to the internet. I am connected, help this is my favorite app

@nitenurse, did you use the app to verify the WiFi connection on the Ionic is still correct and working?

Yes Wi-Fi is working.  I can install other apps just not this one

I have the same problem. I've been using the Tennis app for several weeks. Then I install the OS 2 update and then the app won't install.

I have the same issue. I'm quite sure it is not (yet) compatible with Fitbit OS 2

Whenever they activate the sp02 sensor....aka never

The o2 sensor would be nice but  we had the tennis app and now it's gone we never had the o2 sensor

I was finally able to install the tennis app. Going to give it a try
tonight.

Hi all! Just wanted to jump in here to provide a quick update. 

The issue where users were unable to install the Tennis app on their Ionic has been resolved. You should now be able to download the app from the gallery. 

If the app was previously installed, you should find an option to update the app by tapping on the Tennis app found within your 'My apps' page on your mobile device. 

If you continue to experience any issues with the install, feel free to let me know.

The updated Tennis app is still broken with respect to checking historical info. I played last night and the app on my watch kept score throughout the match. However, after I synchronized it and checked my stats it shows the total match time of 11 hours and there was no set scores,

Hi I'm facing the same issue than before  I cannot install the app in my ionic. After reaching full bar it reset to beginning and nothing is installed .. Please could you help me on this?

I play tennis twice a week...

I cannot get the tennis app to install on my new versa

Just tried installing TENNIS after update to Fitbit OS 3.0. It goes through the motions downloading and installing, and then the screen reappears with the install button, and the app is not on my Ionic.

I've installed twice before (each time after an O/S update), and the app causes my Ionic to go "dead" for a while so I removed it. I was hoping OS 3.0 would solve whatever the problem is, but now it won't install.Insalled apps

GeekDaddy, I have the same experience on my Ionic. My guess is that Fitbit Labs have to update it to work on the new OS.

I had the app installed and now the app is gone. I go to reinstall the app and it will not install into my ionic. Continues to say install on the screen.

Well, I guess it happened again. I love(d) the tennis app. But, after installing the new update, the app disappeared. Now, it will not allow me to install. I’ve tried repeatedly, with no success.
