My ionic fitbit is no longer receiving texts and phone calls. I watched the video to check my notifications. From the home screen, it won't swipe right. However, I found another place for notifications and they are all on and they are also on my phone (iphone 7). What else do I need to try?

Swiping right was disabled with the first update. Try holding in the button to get to the quick setting.
