text/call notifications

I have done everything and cannot get my ionic to display text/call notifications- everything is enabled on both the phone and the fitbit. Any ideas on how to get it to work on an android device? already having issues with the band falling out of the device and the fitbit falling off too.

Just to check:

1) Disable the Do Not Disturb mode on the phone

2) Disable the Priority mode on the phone

Try again.

Force close the app

Open the app again and try again.

 

There are several threads on this forum about this, and also an official list of possible solutions.

Just search for it.
