today application ionic not show all data

with the new firmware, today app should show all this information.

but on mine today and after disconnecte and reconnect Watch i have only the green one, in red i never seen

 

 

Swipe up from the clock face on Ionic to access Fitbit Today, which tracks up to 7 of these stats:

  • Core Stats: steps taken today, calories burned, distance covered, floors climbed, active minutes, and goal history over the past 7 days
  • Hourly Steps: steps taken this hour and the number of hours you met your hourly activity goal
  • Heart Rate: current heart rate and either your heart-rate zone or resting heart rate (if not in a zone), time spent in each heart-rate zone, and your cardio fitness score
  • Exercise: number of days you met your exercise goal this week and up to 5 of your most recently tracked exercises
  • Cycle track: information on the current stage of your menstrual cycle, if applicable
  • Sleep: time spent asleep, time spent in each sleep stage, and your sleep history over the past 7 days  (in fact only synchrize one time, and no more info)
  • Water: water intake logged today and history over the past 7 days  (but no synchronize)
  • Food: calories eaten, calories remaining, and your macronutrient breakdown by percentage
  • Weight: remaining weight left to lose or gain to reach your goal, your current weight, and your progress since you last set your weight goal
  • Badges: the next daily and lifetime badges you’ll unlock

and i have no option to can add or remove more that i can see actually...

 

i 'm on Windows phone application (no update are pending), fitbit today is 33.1.30c...

how we can have more information???

i would like to find again my activities (running etc..) and my resting heart bpm since a Week...

I'm looking at Versa so think this is same on Ionic but not absolutely sure.

I think the ones you are not seeing are ones you have to swipe left to see.  For instance, when when I swipe up in Today to heart rate, then  if I swipe left I see the time in zones and then swipe left again and see cardio fitness score.

There is similar for some other stats.  When you see a dot under a stat, that means there are more screens beside it.  As you go to another horizontal screen, the dot moves.  If you look very closely, you might be able to see several dots, one for each screen, with the bright dot showing which screen you are on.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

no, all the information that i can't see are not on screen...

 

i already try to remove the ionic from my device, some information come, but not all!!!

 

 

why???

Hey try this.

In the Fitbit Dashboard go to the bottom and add all the tiles you want to see.  Press Edit and hit the plus sign.  Then sync up multiple times.  Even do a restart if nothing appears. You should eventually see everything.  Try that and let me know.

i did it, bit nothing change.

 

i talk about the today application inside the fitbit!!

when u swipe up on ionic screen.

 

in parameters, i have only 5 stats...

 

and all stats are not complete....

Maybe I'm stating the obvious but did you try to press the setting button at the bottom of Today screen when you can select the stats to display (max 7)?

i remove all, and regive authorization...

Yeah that is weird.  The info you put into the App should show up on the watch Today app.  Sometimes switching to a Fitbit designed clock fixes random problems like this.  So try that.  As well call the number below and see if they have a way to get it to work.  They might ask you to do a reset back to new.

 

If in the end it does not display properly Fitbit may deem it defective.  In that case if under warranty -> might replace it.

 try to change my clock, and to come back again to my usual clock, i will tell you if ok...

 

i know that if i ask to fitbit, they will ask me to do a reset.. i don 't want a to reset again the fitbit

 

 

 

UPDATE:

 

after installing a fitbit clock again, all the data of today app come...

is very Strange.

anyway is working,

i reinstall my clock again, i will check if the data stay up to date or not… in this case the meaning is Something is wrong in the clock, but i Don't know what.

let see.

No probs glad to help.  But strange is right with the Ionic.  Ok off to go ski some powder!  Keep your fingers crossed and maybe your watch will behave.  Maybe.  Cheers.

after one day, today app, go back on same situtation...

 

now my problem, is to be able to understand what could happen, with this clock...

 

i have no idea what could lock this update from the clock.

I was also having this problem after upgrading to 4.1. All that was shown in the Today app (or available to tick in the settings) Was activity, steps and heart rate. I tried various restarting of watch, logging out of app, reinstalling app etc. but nothing worked. 

 

The evenual fix was to remove the additional watch faces and change to a different fitbit watch face. The other 2 watch faces I had, were still by fitbit though. It just didn't seem to like having multiple faces.
