tracker update

I had tried to update the tracker twice and it doesn’t work. In fact the second time I left it in the downloading mood while I went to sleep and when I woke up the next day the download seemed to be halfway done but in fact the Fitbit screen freeze and as I touch the bottoms or try to do something it does not show anything but the frozen screen with Fitbit Icon and the supposed progress from the update. How can I fix this or can someone walk me through the process of returning it to get a new one back.  Other than that, I haven’t had problems with it so far though. Thanks

Did you have it connected to your computer, as if you were charging it?  Mine took hours to update too, but I found that it went much more smoothly when I put it on the charger and plugged it into a computer.
