Iconic watch face is blank

So my watch face has gone completely blank. I thought the battery died but when I plugged in my charger it said 50% and my heart rate monitor light was still flashing green. If I swipe left or right on the iconic nothing..

Of I hold down and of the buttons on the left or the right I will get a vibration and the pop up for what holding the button down is for..It will display the battery life when I plug in the charger  .it is also still sinking to my ap counting my steps.  I just can't see the time on my watch pick any workouts or see anything on my watch.

It sounds like you may need to contact Support for a replacement, your watch should not be acting that way!
