unlock fitbit ionic

i accidentally locked my fitbit ionic, and it says i need to unlock it with my phone but when i do and i go to change my pin, a message comes up saying the pin change has failed. i don't know what to do

My Fitbit is the same but when I follow the steps to changing the pin it comes up as Pin Change Failed. It’s been like this for days. Iv reset it, turned Bluetooth off and back on, forced sync, removed ionic from app and reinstalled and NOTHING HAS WORKED. I’m furious as iv only had it since December 25th

I have the same problem. You would think that you only had to enter your pin somewhere in the app but there is no way to do this. Terrible experience

Hi I figured it out! Log into Fitbit on the Internet on your computer NOT
YOUR APP. Go to Fitbitpay and disable it. Then it will unlock 🙂
Fitbit.com.au remember not the app on your phone or app on computer. Good
