Hi my Ionic has a vertical line running down the screen. This is the second time this has happened. The first time the line was black. I got that watch replaced. Now a few weeks later the new one has a bright line down the center. I’m starting to think this is my fault. I swim every day I don’t know if it’s possible that I surpassed the pressure needed to break the waterproofing.

Seems odd that you're experiencing the same vertical line situation with your device. If you haven't already done so, please try restarting your device following the next steps and let me know how it goes:

Thank you RicardoFitbit. I have tried restarting and shutting down overnight but nothing worked. Luckily it was still under warranty and I’m getting a 3rd new one.
