I would use the Workout mode, which works well for exercises that don't have a dedicated exercise mode.

There is no such choice within the iOS app. I choose "workout." As a category on the watch itself, but that didn't carry over.
Also, why does the posts show the last response as an accepted solution, if the person with the problem has not gotten an acceptable solution?

Easy there.
Simply stated a problem/question on a post should not be marked as an accepted solution, if an accepted solution has not actually been found.
The problem then becomes why is the watch not transferring the category of "workout' to the app on the phone?
One would hope that they would monitor their own community boards for issues without solutions, and find solutions to them.
Marking a post with "accepted solution" therefore, when there isn't one, would be counterproductive.

@askinstuff Given the lack of a dedicated P90x3 category as an exercise option, you may find the best bet is to simply use Workout while doing your activity. However, there is a list of other activities that you could put on your Ionic that may better fit your training. If you go to the Account tab of the Fitbit app on your phone, you can scroll down to Exercise Shortcuts. Tapping on that will take you to the exercises shown on the Ionic. This list is editable on the phone, and you can add or delete (up to a max of 7) from the choice provided. (If 7 are already shown, you’ll need to delete one before the full list is shown.) For instance you may want kick boxing or circuit training as an option.
Hope this helps but feel free to ask any other questions.
