wifi not connecting

I have had the Ionic for about 5 months now.  Everything has been good with it until this morning.  For some reason my WiFi will not connect.  When I try to connect it a message comes up telling my to retry, and error occurred or that my Bluetooth is turned off.  I have not turned it off and I am getting notification from my phone.  When I go to settings and down to Bluetooth it says its on.  I do not have any devices connected to my Bluetooth.  I am just trying to connect my WiFi.  When I go on my android fit bit app and go to WiFi it shows it is not set up.  My Ionic syncs to my phone, just no WiFi.

Have you tried a restart (of everything, including the Ionic)?
