IONIC bought Dec 2019. Scanned help topics and tried tips. Battery went completely dead yesterday. Plugged cable into back and it flickered on for second but then screen went black. Swapped charger cable and nothing. Tried different outlet and nothing. (outlets and usb base worked fine to charge smartphone so its working). This morning after letting it stay plugged in overnight, tried the holding all buttons for 15 secs, wait 5 mins with it still plugged it, and try again and again. Nothing. Whats next?

Have had my Ionic since Dec 2018. Since last sync on 2/8/20 at 9am it is now completely dead. Battery Medium at 31% but Wont charge and cant reset. So after 14 months its useless. Maybe time to get away from Fitbit and go with the Samsung watch.

Same thing happened to me after updated my Ionic to the latest firmware. It's now fried and won't turn on or charge.
