AFib notification missing on Luxe

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have been diagnosed with AFib after wearing a 24 hrs heart monitor  but not once has my luxe detected any irregular heartbeat while I sleep. What would I have to do with either the watch or settings in the app to change what I thought I already did properly.

Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Welcome to the forums @Rjlavine1

Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding this situation with your Luxe.

Please try the following steps:

  1. Force stop the Fitbit app: open your phone's Settings > Applications > find the Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache > go back and tap Force stop.
  2. Reboot your phone.
  3. Try setting up the AFib notifications once again.

In addition, please make sure that your Fitbit device is up-to-date. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?

Also, confirm that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app: How do I use the Fitbit app?
