Since installing the latest update my active minutes have decreased markedly as nearly every activity is now not entering the fat burning zone - even though my activity level has not changed at all ! Help please

Luxe does not measure 'Active Minutes".  It measures 'Active Zone Minutes", often shortened to "Zone Minutes", which are generally harder to earn than 'Active Minutes".  I don't know if your latest update had anything to do with that.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

The latest update messed up my zone minutes.as well.  They don't register now.

I’m glad you said that! Was wondering if I was the only one. Did a 40 minute walk this morning and only registered 12 active minutes
