Hi! Are we not able to add more intervals to the "Interval Workout" exercise shortcut? So far I can only put 1 move and 1 rest workout. When I press the “Add” button nothing happens. Do you know why?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @CME1785.
I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for the time you spent trying to get them resolved.
You can add more intervals in the online Dashboard here > click on your Luxe icon > scroll down until you see Interval Workout.
Have a nice day.

@CME1785 You set a Move time and a Rest time, then you set the number of Repetitions. Each rep is the same. For example, your can do a 1 min move, followed by a 4 min rest, with 10 repetitions for a 50 min workout. What you can't do is a 1 min move, 4 min rest, 2 min move, 6 min rest, and so on. I hope this helps.
