It’s been over a year that we’ve been asking. Tired of the “vote and maybe we will!” No, there’s no transparency. Is it in the works? Is it never gonna happen? We don’t know.
Me and my group of five that have used Fitbit to encourage each other have all agreed: if no new luxe faces show up by September then we are done and taking our business to Garmin or Apple.
Do a google search of “new Fitbit luxe clock faces” and you’ll see a plethora of like-minded frustrated luxe owners who paid for what was marketed as a luxury state of the art fitness watch and instead got an unsupported watch with useless clock faces and no transparency about when, if ever, new ones will be introduced.
We have voted. We have pleaded. We have offered to code our own from scratch if Fitbit would just open it to be available to do so. We have scratched our heads and asked why. And we are done. Our total group of six won’t make or break FitBits bottom line, but nevertheless we will be taking our hard earned money to a company that actually supports and is transparent about their product (especially one marketed as being “high end”).
signed,
A frustrated group of Luxe owners who are officially done being left in the dark.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @MarkDavisCeo.
Thank you for your comments.
Our team is constantly working to improve our products and services. For information on how Fitbit decides what Feature Suggestions are released, please visit this site. If there is any update about releasing new clock faces, it should be communicated in this suggestion.
Have a nice day.
