Hi. My battery died yesterday. I charged it and synced and it cleared my data for 3 days!!
that never happened with my Inspire HR. In fact my inspire HR would even capture the steps from the moments as my fitbit was dying.
but why erase steps from the days it wasn’t dead??
I went through all the normal /default problem solving steps before posting here.
1) I charged it
2) I reset it
3) I restarted it
3) I made sure it was synced.

Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community, @Cloe284.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us and thank you for the information provided.
In this case, I would recommend monitoring your Luxe behavior and let us know if you ever experience this situation again.
In the meantime, you can manually add steps to your Fitbit account for the missing days. Please visit the online Dashboard at fitbit.com > Log > Activities and scroll down to the bottom. Activities like walking, running and hiking allow you to choose steps instead of distance as shown in the screen shot below.
Feel free to contact us at any time.
