Always on display? Nope!

I bought the Luxe so I could have seconds always displayed in order to determine vitals on my patients. Despite the fact that "Time" is listed as an always-on feature of the clock face I chose, the seconds portion disappears after about 4 seconds. This happens with every clock face that includes seconds. I contacted support to see if there was a way around that and the guy didn't even believe me that the Luxe has always-on display until I sent him a photo of it on the tracker. Then he told me I just need to find a clock face that is designed to have the seconds stay up. What does he expect me to do, design my own?

Basically, this is false advertising as the time is not always displayed. Now I have to hope the store I bought it from will take it back tomorrow. What a waste of my time

Unfortunately you can't even design your own as Fitbit doesn't make it possible for trackers but only for smartwatches. Even for smartwatches the design of AOD clockfaces is restricted to few developers.

Believe in me, if I could I would design one for you.
