I had a Fitbit and lost it, and it took me about a week to get a replacement. In the time in between apparently Fitbit had an update and now certain apps that used to be linked (like Snapchat) are no longer linked and so no longer able to send notifications. I know it’s not THAT big of a deal but it’s incredibly frustrating! And customer service basically shrugged shoulders and said yeah we change all the time. I’m just annoyed that they would take away certain apps from notifications when that’s one of the things I appreciated about this watch. Maybe I need to return it and pay $$ for Apple.
