Hello! Mine is doing the same thing. I noticed it wasn’t coming on during the night when I tapped it. This morning was same. I put it on the charger even though my app shows it’s at 88% battery. It does the little vibrate when connected but nothing else. I tried a restart several times as they suggest by tapping the button on the charger 3 times. Still nothing. I was thinking perhaps I got it wet but then checked here and see others having similar issues. 🤷🏻‍:female_sign:

Hi there, @Jane74c. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team just right after posting here and they've already assisted you. If you have any questions regarding the outcome of your case, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team again. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly. Thanks in advance!

@Peggy899 Welcome on board! Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is still unresponsive. I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, please note that sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working.  Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.

When it has had two hours, try restarting your Luxe. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.

If the above doesn't work, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Regarding the battery level on the Fitbit app, note that it updates every time you sync. That means that if your Luxe hasn't synced yet, your app will still show the battery percentage of the last sync.

Once you charge your Luxe make sure to sync and you'll see that the percentage on your Fitbit device will match with the one on your Fitbit app.
