My Lux is a few years old and has been used regularly. The battery is running low after about a day and a half half. Is there any way to replace the battery?

Hi, @Annabees , unfortunately there are no service centres or repair shops for Fitbits. As you are undoubtedly aware, all rechargeable batteries have a limited life expectancy (number of recharge cycles) and it sounds like you may have correctly identified the problem.
As you have had your Fitbit for several years it will no longer be covered by warranty, and since it isn’t working for you now, it seems like there isn’t much to lose. Although as I have mentioned there are no repair centres, you may be able to do this yourself if you are feeling adventurous!
