Calculating Daytime HRV?

Is there any way to track (or manually calculate, even) heart rate variability during the daytime, instead of just while I sleep? My doctor told me to get a Fitbit for this but at different points during the day; When I told her my new Luxe only calculates it at nighttime, she said I should get a Whoop Band instead. I like the Fitbit otherwise and I'm too excited about getting another device. Is there any way to expand this option? If not, why only measure while we sleep? Thanks.

Hello @xtiana what you descrive is a limitation of all Fitbit, not only Luxe. Even Sense, top of line, doesn't.

Such a bummer. Doesn't look like there's any way I can manually calculate it either, based on the regular HR data it collects during the daytime.

Hopefully something they will add in future models!
