For the past two days the calories burned icon has been greyed out. I can see zone minutes, miles but not calories. I've done the update, rebooted the phone and the Fitbit but it's still greyed out. Can anyone help with this?
Mine is exactly the same. I can't get any calories burned in the large icon at the top of the app. It has also logged my exercise but says 0 calories burnt for my runs for the last week. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app. Cleared cache. Updated luxe. Restarted phone...I have run out of ideas of how to fix it!
Sounds like it's not just me then, I thought I was missing some update or a setting was wrong but I've also tried everything. I'm wondering if it's a glitch in the update as everything was working fine two days ago.
