Luxe band broken band

This morning after charging my Luxe, when I went to reattach it, I noticed that the tab which holds the band into the face was actually missing.   I found it on the floor broken.   I can push the band back in, but it does not stay for more than a second or two and is obviously not functional. My Fitbit not that old and I am a loyal Fitbit customer of many over the years.  Is it possible they could send me a new tab or cover the broken one under warranty?

Hello @Joni3030 and welcome to the Community.  Please use this link to Support to get the help you need.  That tab looks like it is spring loaded -- that's what it looks like to me when I remove and replace my Luxe band.
