Just received my new Luxe tracker. I have the cream/gold. Is there any way to remove the tracker from the metal case, say if I want to purchase the silver mesh band? Or do I have to buy a totally new tracker for that?

No you can’t replace the case it’s encased in.

Hi @ohdollypop see if the information on Page 11 of the user manual - click to go there - helps you with removing the band. These devices are made where you can remove and replace the bands. Let us know how things go for you.

Thank you - this is helpful for changing the band. I am wondering about the metal casing the tracker sits inside - what the bands attach to.

Ahhh, now that I'm not sure about, @ohdollypop I've asked a moderator to stop by to address that with you. They might have more information on the actual specifications of the Luxe.

@ohdollypop I'm glad you got our newest Fitbit Luxe and thanks for your interest in our other bands. As our friends mentioned, while there more bands in different styles and materials that you can use to accessorize your Luxe, it's not possible to change the case of your tracker. I'm sorry if this causes an inconvenience and this feedback will be passed along so our team can work to improve the design of our products.
