My wife has had several Fitbits and just got a Luxe last month.  We got a new computer Dell with Windows 11.  Microsoft store shows there is an app to download but when I bring it up there is no download button or rather a greyed out one appears and then disappears so we have no dashboard on the new computer.  Ideas?

Hi @jungwir  as of October 13, 2022 there is no app for Windows computers. You'll need a compatible tablet or phone.
