Can't edit exercises on the Fitbit app

Just when we all start getting used to the "new" way of editing exercises on the app.... They make some change and it starts happening again!  Why can't they get this right?????

I go back to the original thread about this and reply option is disabled.

Having the same problem! Going to have to switch to a new platform unless Fitbit can get this right, and soon!

Also unable to edit my type of exercise, and yes, it is frustrating!  If the Fitbit could get it right in the first place I wouldn’t need to edit, but my Fitbit has logged my exercise type inaccurately more often than it gets it right. So now, I don’t think it’s too much to ask to bring back allowing for user to edit their type of exercise in the app.

I am also having this problem too on my Versa 3! It’s ever since the new update happened. I didn’t realise this problem until my mum couldn’t edit her exercise type to gardening.

Fitbit needs to sort this problem out very soon as they are going to lose a lot of customers, since this has been happening from July last year! x
