Luxe white screen

According to my app, my Luxe is fully charged and seems to be working but when I look at the screen it is white and I can't change this. I have tried to reset but the white screen just re-appears again?

Hi there, @SeemaRB. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Luxe is still white. I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi

I have tried and unable to do either?

Today I have also noticed in my App that the date is now
set to Tue 2nd April but it is charging.

Hi, I’m experiencing the same problem too. I’ve tried both resetting it and changing the clock face multiple times
