I have updated my luxe September 18 2021 version 1.151.16 and I tried to install spo2 as per fitbit instructions but I couldn't find it in the app as they explained

How can I fix this issue

Hi there, @Cm777. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post and following the online instructions.

Please keep in mind that Fitbit SpO2 app is automatically added for users in select countries. For more information on the availability of Fitbit SpO2, see fitbit.com.

Make sure you've followed the steps below to install the SpO2 app:

  1. With your Fitbit device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Gallery > Apps tab.
  3. In the list of apps, tap SpO2 > Install > Install.

For more information, see How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.

Hi @Cm777,

It's under the "Health Metrics" tab on your Fitbit app. Tap it, and then tap "Trends" and scroll down to "SP02".

Which countries exactly? And why isn’t it available for everyone? I paid a full price for my Luxe expecting to have SPO2 on it. As advertised.

Hello, @Dana_bej. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Fitbit takes our commitment to your health seriously, which includes ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to our medical and health features. For this reason, some features, like the Fitbit ECG app Fitbit Irregular Rhythm Notifications, and Fitbit SpO2, aren’t available on all devices and in all countries.

We continue to evaluate the availability of Fitbit’s features globally and hope to make them more widely available in the future.

For a list of countries where the products are cleared for use:

Note: Additional countries and devices will be added as regulatory clearance is obtained.

Thanks for understanding. Have a good day!
