Can't install SpO2 clock face on my Luxe

I had specifically checked for SpO2 when I was shopping for a Fitbit and selected the Luxe because it listed SpO2.

Then I realized that I needed Premium for SpO2. Ok. I paid for that too …

Now I’m trying to download the SpO2 app but it’s not available for download on a Fitbit Luxe !!    Are you kidding me?!   I’m very upset right now.  Wasted so much time trying to figure out how to get SpO2 going from the Fitbit to the website back to the Fitbit … it was not straightforward, and then nothing!
I’m not buying a different  Fitbit. I had done my research.  If I can’t get it to work I’m going to cancel premium and switch to an Apple Watch.   Done.

Is your Luxe pretty new? If this describes your issue, note the Luxe may appear up to date but it needs another update. The latest update isn't available until up to 48 hours after setup. For more information, see What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update? and note that your Luxe has to be up-to-date in order to install the SpO2 clock face

I just thought that I would add--you do not have to have Premium for Sp02

Hi,
Thanks for writing back and trying to help.
No my Fitbit is not new. I had tried to add the SpO2 app when I had first bought it but had given up. Got around to it again and still can’t. The word “ install” is greyed out and not an option for me.
The Fitbit app on my cellphone is version 3.79. There are no further updates. Does my Fitbit Luxe itself need to be updated separately? If so how?

Let me know please when you have a minute.
