Luxe lost my steps after iOS phone update

I reached my 10k goal twice today for some reason. I had 11k steps and after apple did software update it rolled back on app and device itself. I’ve restarted,

unpaired, forgot device etc nothing is working. Can someone please help? I called and they didn’t help me at all!
