Hi there, @01mhfgsd. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums.
Please note you need a compatible Android phone, iPhone, or iPad to set up new Fitbit devices. You can’t set up or sync with Windows 10 devices.

Previously, one year ago you could install Fitbit on Windows.
What kind of fight occurred that prevents to install fitbit on Windows, suddenly?
Thanks for your help,
Daniel

@01mhfgsd Fitbit deactivated both Fitbit Connect and the Windows 10 app in October 2022. I personally don't think there was any kind of fight involved. Fitbit stopped updating the Windows 10 app when Windows stopped making mobile phones. Features like the Health Metrics, Stress Management features, and Daily Readiness Score (premium) are only on the mobile app.
