Clock Face Disappears from my Luxe about every three days how do I get it stop doing that and I how do I get it back.

@irishflyfisher Can you explain the problem you’re facing in a bit more detail? When you say your clock face disappears, do you mean the watch black and unresponsive?

Yes, Luxe tells me to go to my FitBit and download a new clock face.
