Correct time

The time is incorrect on my luxe. It’s telling me it can’t synch as it’s not connected to the internet, but it is! Help!

What exactly is the error message?  On Luxe or on phone?  Has it been syncing recently?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Usual solution in the end….. turned my phone off then turned it on again and it synch’d! Thanks for responding

Perhaps actually rebooting phone, rather than just turning off and back on?
